Planet India is a little gem of a find. This is the best of it's kind we've tasted outside of India. - their recipes have been handed down over 2 generations, to quote the owner: from my mum to my wife, then to me (when my wife was pregnant).
We do not use curry sauces or pastes. All curries are cooked slowly in large pots, and hence we have a unique taste, full of flavour and intensity without being greasy, heavy or over-rich.
